We had the pleasure of dealing with Zarina on our recent property purchase. I can tell you that she worked hard for both the seller and us, the purchasers, to get a mutually pleasing deal. Zarina's work ethic is outstanding. She does not let things slide into the next day, she takes action immediately to make sure everything gets done and then follows up with excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody considering listing their property for sale.
I found Zarina to be a kind person who goes about her business quietly yet thoroughly. Zarina was most understanding of my situation and she actually went above and beyond what was expected of her to get the sale of my property over the line. Zarina did her research about the property market thoroughly and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.
Zirina is very professional and demonstrates a determined desire to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. In this current and difficult buyers market Zarina considered all possible options to provide the best results for both the vendor and purchaser. Zarina returned my initial telephone call in minutes and arranged first viewing same day. Nothing was too much trouble, kept us updated at all times and organised an excellent comprehensive final inspection. She knows her area well and negotiated the deal we wanted. Would recommend her to my friends and if I need to sell would have no hesitation in engaging her as my selling agent.
