As nervous first home buyers, we could not have asked for a better buying experience. Zed welcomed us through the door of our first home to be courteously and professionally. He was on hand with pertinent information about the property, but without being obtrusive. He was happy to research answers to more in depth questions we had, and his communication was prompt and thorough. He was always available, even at awkward times, and accommodated us around our shift patterns. We felt he negotiated a good price for both parties, and was very encouraging and reassuring throughout, keeping us regularly updated with proceedings. He genuinely made us believe that nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel valued by going the extra mile.
