Zed AHMADI from The Agency is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to assist with any questions that I had in regards to the sale of my unit in Banksia Grove. He also had contacts that assisted with painting, electrical and other issues with the unit I was selling and all were reasonably priced for the work they did. Everything was done well. But had some shortcomings. Key handover could have been done better Two windows locks have been handed over with the broken status. Showed to Zed. There was no thorough check list for handover. Needs a lot of improvement
