Being in business for a very long time I meet lots of sales people, and on the credibility scale I would normally put real estate sales people down the bottom with car sales people. We tendered our property to around one dozen agents in and around our area and meet with five groups. Three of the five who just happen to be the biggest and most well known names were generally as I expected, full of talk, lots of BS and a care factor around getting the best price for us of about zero. Two one being a very obscure agent and Zeno stood head and shoulders above the rest and we would have been happy to sign with both. They were both no BS straight talking and with no gimmicks. We eventually chose Zeno because of his exceptional ability to not only present our house better than any of the big boys and at a value for money price, but because of his passion to work for us in achieving our goal. Zeno took all of the stress normally associate with selling the house away, he kept us informed and was very respectful of the fact that selling a home is an emotional experience. Would I recommend him? Yes Would I use him to find me a home or sell another one? Yes If you want all the BS go to the big boys and they will charge you an arm and a leg to market themselves and not get you the best price. If you want great honest service and someone who will genuinely fight hard to get you the best deal for you, then Zeno is the man!

In May 2014, we were actively looking for property in south east suburbs of Melbourne. I had provided interest to property advertised by Zeno.
