Ziggy is very up to date with the market. He has a very pleasant manner with vendors. I do feel that he needs to be more focused on vendor needs especially with minor details on vendor requests for a forsale sign to be erected as soon as possible and not two weeks after signing contracts. He relies too heavily on internet viewing when the property is on a very busy street and missing out on passing traffic and word of mouth to people who may know of someone who would like to buy in the Bligh park area. I know that the internet is a very large part of our world today, but old school tactics can be very rewarding also. Ziggy will be a very valuable and a positive influence for any company he works for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ziggy to anybody wanting to sell their property.
We first met Ziggy at an open home for a house that interested us, he was very professional & also very friendly. He organised our second viewing & was prepared to let us spend whatever time we needed to view the home. The negotiation with the vendors was seamless & hassle free. On moving day as we were leaving our previous home we had a failure with our car & had to wait for some roadside assistance. One quick phone call to Ziggy & he did not hesitate to go straight around with the keys to the home we had purchased to unlock & open up the home so that the removalists could start unloading their truck.
