Ziggy was pleasant to work with and helpful through the process to settlement. We appreciated his honesty and good communucation.

Ziggy sold us our first home and due to the excellent service provided he was our only choice when it came to selling again. Ziggy was professional, clear and approachable every step of the way and made what is a stressful endeavour very easy. We wouldn't hesitate to give our highest commendation for Ziggy if you are selling your home in the Hawkesbury area.

As soon as we met Ziggy , we knew he was the right guy to sell our house. we needed a quick sale but with the right price , which he managed to achieve. We are very happy with the outcome . No matter when I needed to call ,I was always able to contact him , even on his day off. We wanted someone that not only we felt comfortable with but the buyers would feel comfortable to deal and negotiate with. We highly reccomend his professionalism & hard work along with his friendly , down to earth personality If you are after someone that will work hard and make it a smooth process Ziggy is the agent for you.

We needed to sell my recently deceased parents property. After seeking the advice of 3 agents, we decided to go with Ray White, respectfully, not for the name " Ray White " but for the confidence I had in Ziggy. From the start he " Listened " & understood that we needed time with some important issues related to selling a property. Through the whole process Ziggy was always available to answer any of our concerns & if he was unable to answer the call at the time, he never failed to return my call. I also appreciated the personalised service that Ziggy provided, it really made the sale easier on us. So often you hear of agents getting their secretaries or assistants ( And I don't mean to be undermining their importance as key parts of the process ) to handle the return calls & questions but not Ziggy, he was the person we dealt with at the start, throughout the lead up to the auction & also on the all important auction day. He sold the property for us on auction day for a price within the expected range & one that we were happy with. I believe that Ziggy Parsonson was the key to the successful sale of our parents property.

I can highly recommend Ziggy Parsonson. Ziggy sold our house in one week at he first open house. He is highly professional, and is enthusiastic and honest. He was able to answer any questions we had straight away, and helped us to get the right price for our home. If you are looking for a hard working agent who can get the job done, Ziggy is the one for you.
