Zoli was extremely informed on the local market and extremely transparent when it came to the vendors expectations. He is also extremely discreet and respectful of all parties which is refreshing. When it came time to sign contracts, Zoli was extremely accomodating, meeting out of hours at our home. Given the COVID-19 situation, we really appreciated that. We had Zoli look after our property for sale only to be disappointed with the lack of attention of care and detail. On one occasion, he fail to safely check that all entries were secure before leaving the property. On another occasion, he left a balcony window wide open which almost resulted with rain damage had we not got to check after. Then after, he fail to notify us that a lamp fixture was damage during inspection, only for us to find out ourselves when we inspected the property ourselves. The final straw was on settlement date, Zoli issued an invoice and charged us for the repairs of the damaged lamp fixture without our consent or acknowledge and deducted the cost from the withholding deposit that they hold, I thought it was highly unprofessional and had reported it to the ACCC.

Zoli has a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry. He addressed all of our questions so professionally. He has also shown himself to be a real family person and very empathic to our situation. I would definitely refer him to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their propert.

Zoli was outstanding, he answered my email request promptly, arranged for me to view the property the next day, even though this was outside of the advertised inspection times. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service was exceptional.
