Zora Liu

We just decided to put our home on the market - and then COVID hit. We couldn't have been more fortunate to have been in Zora Liu's capable hands. With Zora's assistance we came up with a strategy to get our place in front of buyers without the home going stale from sitting on the market too long. Yes, we had to contend with some low-ball offers that were common at the time, but we stayed firm. The final sale price was only achieved by Zora going the extra mile when it looked like we would have to give up. Zora and her team were highly professional and their knowledge of our market was exceptional. Her communication was above expectation and it was so nice that whenever we called (even after hours) we got Zora on the line or an immediate call back. Very happy with Zora who pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and the fact that the house was actually on the market for only 2 weeks and sold at auction. We had to endure thunder storms and rain during that time. Zora always answered messages or phoned to keep me informed which was important to me. Also thanks to Michael who helped with the styling.
