Recently my mother sold her home of 50years in Goodna to move to Cairns to live with family. Peter Florentzos of LJ Hooker Property Partners was highly recommended to us and when he and Kathy Lu - Sales Associate to Peter came out to her home to introduce themselves we immediately felt comfortable with handing the sale of her home over to them. Contact with all members of this office was prompt and efficient and any problems or questions that arose were quickly sorted out. When we pushed the date for the auction forward they quickly reorganised their team of tradesmen to step up and have the house updated for auction. The open homes were well organised and we were kept up to date on all responses as by then my mother was in Cairns. Watching the auction live on our devices was very exciting and the sale price exceeded Mum’s expectations by $200,000. We cannot thank Peter and his team enough for assisting Mum through this entire three month process. Naturally we highly recommend Peter Florentzos and his team when you need a caring and supportive team to get you through this emotional and challenging process of selling your home.

Pragya Ojha was the real estate agent who managed the sale of my home. From the commencement of the process Pragya was always very approachable and helpful.
