Myself and my partner were ready to move into our own house just the two of us. And upon inspection we fell in love with the property. From the first inspection we felt greeted and welcome. All of our questions were answered. Right through to when we got approved and the process of obtaining our home we received excellent service. Our property manager Sophie has been incredible right from the start. We mentioned a few things that we noticed (including our kitchen sink clogging up) and help was sent to us and resolved within a day. We are so greatful for the team at LJ hooker at Cessnock.

We had an excellent experience with the property management team. They were professional, responsive, and always willing to help throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear, and they handled every detail efficiently, making everything stress-free. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property management team.

Excellent and very Friendly to deal with. Would recommend highly

We've been extremely happy with the team at Ellejayne Property Management. They have been incredibly attentive in looking after our rental properties and are always on the ball when it comes to organising trades and maintenance whenever it's needed. Their communication is excellent—we're kept informed throughout the entire process, and any issues are handled promptly and professionally. It's reassuring to know our investment properties are being managed by a team that genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. We're very grateful to have Ellejayne looking after our investments and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a proactive, reliable, and professional property management team.

Kept me informed about the property and negotiated with vendor. Guided me without bias. Thanks team.

Kylie is a very proactive property manager, with strong stakeholder relationship management skills. We had a plumbing emergency at our property and Kylie responded quickly. Ensuring the tenants were happy and the emergency was fixed.

Kylie has been a please to deal with! Not living in the area ourselves and being our first investment, she took the time to answer our many questions and continues to keep us informed.

Our experience thus far with Shiels and co is flawless. Personalised treatment and lots of market knowledge!!! Kylie has been the best property manager we have ever had after years of renting our property. Her communication and management of tenancy has made the rental process easier then it has ever been!! Thankyou
