After renting the same property for 18yrs, my family and I found ourselves having to find a new home as the owner had decided to sell. What followed was an incredibly stressful and emotional journey. Finding a suitable property was proving much harder than i had imagined, and after countless disappointments, I was beginning to lose hope. Little did I know my luck was about to change when I applied for a property and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vathani. From our very first interaction, I knew I was dealing with someone truly special. Vathani was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring, compassionate and understanding of our situation. For the first time throughout this difficult process, I felt someone was actually listening. I wasn't just another applicant or a number.I was a person with a family who desperately needed a place to call home. Vathani went above and beyond to make us feel supported, valued and cared for. Her kindness and personal attention made us feel as though we were being looked after by family rather than a real estate agency. In an industry where the personal touch can sometimes be forgotten, Vathani is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should look like. What started as one of the most stressful chapters of our lives became such a positive experience, and for that, I will always be grateful. Vathani, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, patience and professionalism, but most importantly, for treating my family with such genuine care and respect. You made a difference in our lives when we needed it the most.❤️ I can not recommend Vathani highly enough. Five stars simply are not enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CENTURY 21 Pereira Group definitely above the rest 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff at Raine and Horne Ingleburn are friendly and cooperative. I listed my property for rent, and the property manager was very helpful. I would like to extend special thanks to Leah, who went above and beyond her duties to hand over the keys to new tenants outside her usual work days. She is incredibly helpful.

Very helpful humble and always find good tenants low vacancy we very very happy with professionals team

The team at Professional Real Estate was extremely helpful in finding the right property for our SMSF investment. Mr Royal and Prakash did an excellent job identifying the best property options on the market, and we were able to secure a property that suited our budget perfectly. We purchased a house with a granny flat, and Professional Real Estate has also been managing the rentals for us. They found quality tenants for both premises very quickly after settlement. We are very happy with their service, professionalism, and ongoing support. Thank you both for your outstanding assistance. Thank you both 🙏
