The Xceed team have been amazing. From getting our application across the line with the owners, especially because we hadn’t even landed in the country yet! Then helping and being super understanding as I was going through the bond lodgement and payment process and the delays we experienced due to the international transfer. Organising maintenance on the property to occur so quickly as well on our move in day. Just all around amazing team!! The whole lot of Ashley, Doneata and Sophia. So happy we are with Xceed and looking fwd to the many years ahead.

I live in Sydney while my property is in Alkimos, WA, so having a reliable and trustworthy team on the ground is extremely important to me. It has now been a year since Amie and the team have been managing my property, and they have been absolutely superb throughout. The regular communication and updates have been fantastic. I never feel like I need to chase anything, as they proactively keep me informed and manage communications with suppliers, trades, developers and other parties on my behalf. Being interstate, this gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing the property is being looked after properly. I genuinely feel that Amie and Tracy treat my property as if it were their own. I also have another property currently under construction, and once it’s completed, I’ll be very happy to have that property managed by Amie and the team as well.
