Molly and her team were amazing in ensuring we had a fair go - keeping us up to date on the upcoming viewing, answering my questions promptly and being very approachable at the viewing. Molly called the moment our application was approved by our new landlords - I've rented for awhile and that first phone call is everything, she was professional and not shy to have a laugh (I was cross between crying and laughing). She is very knowledgeable and without hesitation, answered all the questions I had regarding the lease and next steps. I am in a new build also which had some minor plumbing issues which again I notified agent and it was fix within a day. I also wanted to change to pay monthly and was a very easy process. So far I am very happy so hopefully this level of service continues.
