Over the years, I have particularly appreciated several aspects of Jump Property Management’s service. They are responsive, professional and tenant-friendly, with good communication when maintenance issues arise. One of their particular strengths is finding great, long-term tenants who genuinely look after the property. They have also been very efficient in advertising the property and securing suitable tenants quickly when it becomes vacant, helping to minimise vacancy periods. I particularly appreciate their responsiveness, communication and ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants. I am grateful for their assistance in managing my property over the years.

When a tenant needed to break their lease, JUMP got straight to work making sure the transition went smoothly for everybody. They quickly clarified with the tenant what their 'break lease' costs would be, started advertising and showing the property, and interviewed and found some great new tenants. The house was only empty one week, meaning the old tenants got a decent portion of their bond back, and my costs as landlord were kept to a minimum. There was plenty of communication from JUMP throughout the process; Nina and Mary patiently answered all my questions and gave good advice. The outgoing inspection was extremely thorough and proved how well Lou had 'read' the previous tenants when he recommended them to us as people he thought would take good care of the property. Thank you to JUMP and to our previous tenants for taking such good care of the property, and we wish them all the best in their next chapter. JUMP epitomise the caring, professional and dedicated property manager I would have liked when I was renting, and am blessed to have now as a landlord.

Nina has been very receptive to the few issues we have sent through with our new rental, unfortunately some things cannot be seen when having a walk through, it isn’t until you are actually living in the house and realise some issues start arising around the place, so we are thankful for Nina being so easy to deal with, and getting straight onto repairs.
