Highly recommend Phil at Mortgage IQ
Phil's prompt responses, and genuine care for my outcome set him apart from anyone else in the industry. With limited time to finance a residental property due to the SMSF borrowing restrictions coming into play, Phil handled all finance matters seamlessly. I highly recommend Phil Lau at Mortgage IQ to anyone looking to buy residental property. Five stars all around.
