When we first approached them they advised what we needed to have done to the house and pool to satisfy our statutory obligations. Rather than then leaving it with us, Guiliana made all of the arrangements with the tradies and inspectors and kept us fully informed so as to ensure that it was all done in time. They then vetted our tenants professionally making the appropriate enquiries What is always a difficult time when moving our stress levels were significantly reduced due to Guilliana Amanda (the principal) and Guilliana are the best!

I have been using Harcourts Northlakes since 2014 and will not be changing anytime soon. Everything has been made super easy and I do not have to worry about my investment properties while in their hands. The property report are detailed and I have had no trouble with any of the tenants they have selected. Communication is everything when using a property manager and they have it covered.
