When we first approached them they advised what we needed to have done to the house and pool to satisfy our statutory obligations. Rather than then leaving it with us, Guiliana made all of the arrangements with the tradies and inspectors and kept us fully informed so as to ensure that it was all done in time. They then vetted our tenants professionally making the appropriate enquiries What is always a difficult time when moving our stress levels were significantly reduced due to Guilliana Amanda (the principal) and Guilliana are the best!
