Amanda Kelly has a good insight of the market , gave useful inputs on the furnitures and white goods, and is very professional to deal with. She did a great job in vetting the rental applications - that I really appreciate. Her rental numbers were spot on, I was bit pessimistic about an unfurnished 1 bed apartment delivering value, but everything was smooth and the apartment was leased within couple of weeks.

I am quite happy with the service. They organize the maintenance job promptly and efficiently when accident leaking happened only 2 days before the tenancy move in.

We are very impressed and pleased with Danielle as she quickly came up to speed familiarizing herself with our property. Her communication is clear, concise and detailed.  Danielle is a breath of fresh air. SO HAPPY that Danielle is our property manager!
