Time flies because it really is when you have a real peace of mind experience with them. Rob is great in his job and very professional. He shows you what a real property manager means, especially when you have dealt with others before. I will refer whoever i know when they come to me and ask for referer. After all, you just need someone who is realiable and trustable who cares for your valuable property. I think they are.

Our Tenancy agreement is due to expire and weeks prior Kelly was in constant communication, advising, updating and provided us with the property condition report. Throughout the term of the tenancy Kelly provided us with thorough property condition reports and promptly organised repairs. Agency staff is professional and manage the property letting out process well. Improvement needed in communication, for eg. tebancy start date chaned after initial discussion during application review, however not communicated back until lease was signed.
