Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

First time I have used the team for a rental. 2 days on the market and these guys had a tenant ready to move in the house. Very happy with the way they conduct their business.

From the first contact to leasing our property, the team at Harcourts prestige demonstrated excellent market knowledge, timely response to our questions, professionalism all through and got our property leased in no time.
