Our Tenancy agreement is due to expire and weeks prior Kelly was in constant communication, advising, updating and provided us with the property condition report. Throughout the term of the tenancy Kelly provided us with thorough property condition reports and promptly organised repairs. Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.
