I recently needed to move after almost 15 years in our last rental! It was a stressful experience in today’s housing market and learning to navigate the changes to rental applications now. That is a huge benefit of today’s rental market! No more bank cheques, being at the agency to sign documents on multiple days as the process progresses etc. and very handy for keeping them all secure and saved in the same place for future reference too.
