Communication was top of the line, was always happy to respond to my questions and in a very timely fashion. Any problems tenant had was quickly communicated and dealt with to both parties satisfaction. Would recommend Raine & Horne to anyone.
Since 2023 my experience with Harcourts and all the team in relation to leasing by fully furnished Lennox Head property has been exceptional. No detail is overlooked from any request I have made, be it large or small. This has been crucial as I am not based in NSW and rely heavily on their support, guidance and recommendation in relation to trades etc. They have their eye on what is required in relation to the presentation of the property. The quality tenants that have been presented have been faultless in their payments and care and upkeep of my property. I would highly recommend the team at Harcourts - my property is safe and respected in their hands. It is a great day everyday for me having Harcourts as my agents!
