Very pleased with the service from Danielle and her team. They found me a blue chip tenant and have taken care of everything.

Danielle was efficient, obliging, and kept me constantly updated. I would recommend her without reservation.

Leasing my apartment with Danielle was a breezy. Efficient, hard working and responsible.

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.

Working with Rocco was genuinely a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable about the local market, incredibly efficient, and always responsive. What stood out to me most was how he followed through on everything he promised and kept me updated at every step, from the open home right through to screening applicants. It made the whole process feel easy and completely stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Rocco and Hudson McHugh highly enough. Thanks so much, Rocco, for making the entire experience so smooth and positive!

Thank you to Ottavio who helped with a seamless experience leasing out my studio. Highly efficient, great market knowledge and personable, easy communication. Super quick turnaround from making the listing, to finding a great tenant with a very detailed and comprehensive background check. The admin side of things has also been really straightforward, with all forms easy to complete. Thank you Ottavio and Lana!

We rented our current place with Highland Double Bay and from the time we have viewed this property until now we have had a very professional experience with them. They have been very helpful with our communication with the owner and responsive with every aspect of our tenancy.

Good communication and market knowledge
