I needed to trade before the close of the SMSF residential deadline and went to Charles and laid out my requirement, honestly and as clearly as I could. He instantly activated one of his agents to take on my project and within days they had presented me with an opportunity that served one of their existing client needs, met mine and offered us both a solution we were looking for. It still needed a lot of juggling and negotiation but it felt focused, organised and honest and we went were able get it all done within 48 hours. It was quite head-spinning but the vendor was heading off on holidays, we had a deadline to meet and they probably had other sales to organise. I couldn't have been happier with how it shook out, but also how available they were when i needed them, how clearly I could speak with them and how honest I felt the whole process was handled. My years of knowing Charles had shown me one side of him, which I respected but probably felt as if I would always prefer to be the seller with Charles, but this showed me that he and his team were there for me as the buyer too. I am very very grateful to Charles and his team for facilitating this purchase for us.

We decided to go with Ray White Touma Taylor Darlinghurst after testing out several agents in the area. We were impressed with their excellent communication, speed of response, solutions provided to regular issues with rental properties and good knowledge of the area. Recommended.
