Great service and market knowledge

Minimum communication allowing us to live in our property as if it was ours. Book maintenance works for us like services for our air con, pest control and other things and efficient at resolving issues.

Teneille and the team have been a blessing to deal with, after a challenging start with a market dip, they secured great tenants and been very transparent along the way. Zoe is exceptionally thorough with her reports and rental inspections - everything is documented and captured. All in all a stress free experience for the 12 months ive been using PN.

We felt Property North handled the transition to ownership from the builder with easy due to the accessible and helpful staff. The discussions around key areas of marketing and market knowledge were well explained and we had no resistance with adding our input to achieve the best outcome and realize our investment.

Always easy to talk to, answers questions professionaly and always happy to help.

Molly Michell handled the recent reletting of our rental property. Her communication and implementation of the entire process was without fault and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease a rental property

Listening to my requests acted promptly and speedy in advertising and getting my place on the rental market asap! All contracts and communication was acted on promptly and at all hours! Extremely happy thank you very much and also a successful tenant signed up promptly too! Amazing !!!!!

We had an amazing experience working with our new real estate agent! From day one, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect home. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through every step. We truly felt supported and confident throughout the journey. Highly recommend!
