Ashley was fantastic throughout the entire rental process. She was professional, responsive, and an excellent communicator from start to finish. Her knowledge of both the building and the local area was outstanding, and she was always happy to answer our questions and provide helpful advice. Ashley made the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable with her friendly and approachable manner. We truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated real estate agent.

Our experience with Hanna was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely friendly and approachable during the inspection, and she called us first thing on Monday following our Saturday inspection to clearly explain the process and next steps. Throughout the process, Hanna kept us informed and optimistic, and her dedication was truly impressive. We couldn’t be happier with the efficiency, clarity, and support she provided. Thank you

Working with Guy was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to his proactive approach, our unit was only vacant for 4 days between tenancies! He managed the entire transition seamlessly, even securing and signing the new lease while the previous tenant was still in the property. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and high standards. He thoroughly inspected the condition of the unit upon checkout and made sure the outgoing tenant returned it to a high standard before handing over the keys. Highly professional, efficient, and reliable. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Everyone at PRD Maroubra was so professional, polite and easy to deal with. They really listen to the landlords and give a very practical and helpful advice. Daniel Moddel was amazing when he found us a really well referenced tenants for our Mascot home within only couple of days. We would definitely recommend PRD Peetz Maroubra for friends and people that we know in the area.

I was recommended PRD from a former neighbour who is happy with their service on the sale of her property. Specifically, Paul and Daniel assisted me with leasing out my property. I appreciate the wealth of experience and knowledge on the property industry they brought and I could tell from the get-go. As I had some bad experiences in the past with property managers, I was quite skeptical and so, I was quite thorough with the details of their service. I thought their honesty and transparency throughout the leasing process were second to none. They kept me informed with the progress and eventually attained a great outcome for me - gained a higher rental than expected. Thank you Daniel and Paul for your dedication and attention to my property. I look forward to many years working with you both. Keep up the good work.
