Agencies in Beacon Hill, NSW, 2100

Joe and the team have been fantastic with every step of renting our property. Beginning with advice on getting the property ready, qualifying tenants, realistic pricing up front and amazing communication throughout. An absolute pleasure to deal with!

Doyle Spillane have been extremely helpful finding us a new tenant. Their communication dealing with the outgoing tenant and sorting out a new tenant has been excellent, just as it was last time. I would highly recommend them for people seeking an agent to manage a rental property.

Joe and his team offer exceptional rental agent services and I would highly recommend them. Marketing our property was a completely seamless process, very little disruption to us while living in the property, and we secured a tenant at our desired price at the first open home. Landlord portal makes ongoing management of the property very easy.

Very responsive regarding all the problem we raise. We recently had some problems regarding pest and plumbing and we got it fixed as soon as possible. Thanks to the agent for responding emails real quick and solving all the issues we raise.

Ruby and her crew have been nothing but super helpful in every aspect of our tenancy. Nothing seems to be a problem and any request we have had has been actioned immediately Highly recommended as leasing agents

The Stone Real Estate team have been extremely helpful with our move in process, making it smooth and as admin free as possible. They were highly responsive with any questions we had and communication overall is exceptional. Would highly recommend Cathy and the team for any tenancy applications.
