Agencies in Beacon Hill, NSW, 2100

I had been with another agent that just wasn't living up to my expectations. I started looking around for a new one and Greycliffe was on my shortlist. After speaking with Stephanie I knew she was the one and since moving my properties over to her I have been extremely happy. The team know what they are doing and are responsive at all times. As I live overseas it is very important to have an agent you can trust 110% and I have that trust in Greycliffe. If I am in a bit of a panic about something, they are the calm, cool voice of reason but since moving to Greycliffe I have not needed to worry about anything. The team are proactive so I no longer have to chase for a rent review or to get the fire alarms checked for example. They tell me what needs my attention. Recently when a tenant left, we had new high quality tenants in after the first viewing. I can't thank Stephanie, Natasha and the others at Greycliffe enough for looking after our properties so well and taking all the headaches away. If you are looking for an agent who is honest, straightforward and knowledgeable about the market I can recommend Greycliffe without reservation.
