I recently advertised my property for rental. I was quite apprehensive about market uncertainty and than Indianna Hall came along took the reins .She was very professional instill trust and confidence and told me ideas how to rent my property. She has very good market knowledge and was very upfront with what to expect no hidden charges. Even when the chips were down Indianna Hall did what she does best with her Negotiation skills and close a deal and found a Tennant for rental. which was quite a relief to both parties. Normally deals make one would be Happy and Other unhappy But this was fantastic both parties were Happy. And all the Credit goes to Indianna Hall with her communication skill and very well train by her company she works for. Putting all the Knowledge absorb in to practice. Remax was very thorough in covering all areas of the whole rental process as a landlord. Their market knowledge was extensive as well, and they were very efficient in arranging for contractors to ensure that the house was rental ready. While the handover process from business development manager to rental agent could have been communicated verbally, - and granted there were emails sent - it could've been streamlined. Overall, the process was smooth, and fees were reasonable as well, and we would recommend.

I was very impressed with Remax who is the agents for our new rental. Their communication is excellent and attention to detail regarding the property report was impeccable. Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.
