We had a rental property with another agent and were frustrated at the lack of communication and misinformation. We made the change to Osborn George over a year ago now. We needed to fix up some bathroom leaks issues, paint and provide the house with some love and freshness. My husband is in the building industry, however we live an hour away and difficult to coordinate the many trades from afar. Joel Marsden was organised through Melissa to coordinate and conduct x 2 new bathroom renovations, painting and some maintenance work to bring the house back to a loved home. Natalie Campbell was able to timely communicate the payment of funds to ensure progression of work. We have now secured tenants ( with a good background in rental history) to live in our freshly renovated home.
