Hocking Stuart have managed our investment property for 8 years & during this entire time we have always been extremely well looked after by Danielle McDonell. Danielle is professional, reliable, has our best interests at heart whilst appreciating the importance of creating a positive outcome for both tenant & landlord. We have no hesitation in recommending Danielle / Hocking Stuart as Property Managers.

Lucy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She didn’t just manage the leasing side of things—she played a key role in project managing the renovations as well, ensuring everything was completed smoothly and to a high standard. Her communication was consistently clear, timely, and transparent. She provided a very accurate understanding of rental prices in the area, which gave me confidence in the strategy from the outset. Lucy is also incredibly responsive—whenever I had questions or concerns, she was quick to reply and always kept me in the loop. What really stood out was her proactive approach. She didn’t just flag issues—she came with solutions. Every time she called, it was with a clear plan or recommendation, which made decision-making easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for an agent who is professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome.
