Inder did an amazing job in finding the tenants for my property in less than 2 weeks. He was transparent throughtout this transaction and always provided with genuine advice. Highly recomendeed.

The agent was really helpful and he made the process really easy for us and didnt find no problems during the whole process.

Really great experience. Leased my property within one week only. Highly recommend.

We found Bombay Real Estate was the most competitive option from the various property management agents we reviewed. Their consultants have been very helpful and supportive through all stages of preparing the property for rental. This is important to us as this is our first experience with a rental property. All going great so far.

“We had a few teething issues initially, but the team took responsibility and worked hard to resolve them. Their professionalism and commitment to finding solutions turned it into a positive experience overall. We appreciate their efforts and would be happy to work with them again.”

I had an excellent experience working with my real estate agent Gourika Kohli while renting out my property. From start to finish, her service was outstanding. Her communication was clear, prompt, and professional at all times. She handled all documentation efficiently and ensured everything was completed accurately and on time. Her punctuality and attention to detail truly stood out. She was always easy to reach and readily available to answer any questions or provide updates throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to her professionalism and dedication. I am extremely happy with her services and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.

This is our first time renting, everyone always tells you horror stories of renting, dealing with real estate agent or neglected properties! Not us, thankfully had clear communication the whole time, not a single issue since moving in (so far) definitely recommend for happy renters.
