They demonstrated strong knowledge of the processes and I felt very confident knowing that my case was in good hands. I am very happy with the service they continue to provide, and Alina is always chatty and easy to deal with. We are based on Gold Coast and as this was a new property we could not travel regularly to the property to oversee the landscaping requirements. Luckily Venita was able to take care of this even going as far as settling up sprinklers etc to water the new lawns and gardens. They listened to our requirements and achieved the maximum rent possible when other agencies were not that optimistic for that area. They also found good tenants.
