This is the 7th year in which I have opted to continue with Jump Property Management. Their track record of prompt contact in dealing with maintenance, use of quality tradesmen for any jobs that might arise and liaising with tenants re external work such as NBN set-up is excellent. Their periodic property inspections are thorough and well documented. Their monthly and annual owners reports re incomings and expenses are well set out and easy to check. Overall - I am highly satisfied and recommend Jump Property Management to any property owner.

Lou, Mart and Nina are ine if the finest people I have dealt with in my property investment journey. They kept me well informed with ear and concise communication, timely updates, improvements needed in the property to hit the desired rental income and most importantly their knowledge of the local market, and what a potential ideal candidate requires. Lou' criteria and clarity off thoughts while screening and presenting the rental application is exceptional. I will definitely recommend Jump property for their quality of service.

Jump property are excellent communicators with a clear system for handling issues which arise. They are prompt to reply and action items which need it. They are pleasant to deal with, efficient, and it feels like they want the best for everyone.
