They were on the job from day one when they were notified that the tenants are vacating the premises. Put the house on the Market and did the home open and were communicating with me regularly. They had a very professional approach in dealing.

They deal with the tennant and with us profeesionally. Answer the querries promptly.

Agency staff is professional and manage the property letting out process well. Improvement needed in communication, for eg. tebancy start date chaned after initial discussion during application review, however not communicated back until lease was signed.

Renaye has been really supportive and efficient so far. I am only a second time renter so not really up to speed with his it all works and Renaye has been patient and very helpful all the way. Thanks Renaye

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
