Kate’s professional and warm approach to people leaves customers feeling well cared. Her sharp skills in customer service were cultivated over the past 20 years while working in industries spanning from hospitality, conveyancing and legal services to massage and natural therapies. Kate completed an advanced course in Business College when she was only 17 years old. It was here she was taught professionalism, organisation and clear communication is key. Kate entered the workforce as a secretary to the state manger of a reputable wine maker. While not quite old enough to enjoy the produce, she learned the importance of creating strong connections, and how these positively affect the smooth and successful process of sales, right from the first point of contact. Kate first learned the process of land sales and conveyancing whilst working at a boutique agency in Nedlands. She enjoyed researching and conducting thorough due diligence reports on heritage and high-end properties on behalf of clients. As a legal secretary specialising in commercial leasing, Kate assisted in the acquisition of Westfield Shopping Centres around Perth, Perth Airport and Lifestyle Villages across Perth. Her excellent attention to detail, integrity and crucial time management skills offered a great support to the Solicitor’s executing these exciting new changes to Perth’s face. Kates love for food saw her move into the hospitality industry. She thrived under pressure and her management skills blossomed. She discovered her love for orchestrating logistics and leading teams to provide customers with a Gold Plate winning experience. Hospitality isn’t all Prosecco & oysters, and this is where Kate’s excellent initiative, communication skills and negotiation skills really shined. You’ll often find her on the weekend brunching by the picturesque Rockingham Foreshore with her two gorgeous children & their adored pooch Evie.

Jessica Gillett commenced her career in real estate in 2010 after completing her Property Services Course and jumped straight in. Since then, Jessica has worked as a Senior Property Manager for the last 9 years. In 2021 Jessica began her next journey to Motherhood to her beautiful daughter and took her maternity leave to look after her newest family member. After a great year, Jessica felt the pull of Property Management and in July 2022 joined the team here at Professionals Prowest Real Estate as a Part Time Property Manager sharing a portfolio of over 100 properties. In 2023 Jessica went on to have her second child, and spent the year looking after her new son. 2024 Jessica has returned to Prowest on a Part-Time basis managing her own portfolio of over 50 properties. Jessica holds extensive knowledge of the Property Management industry having now worked for over 14 years in Real Estate! In her free time, Jessica enjoys taking family trips camping with her husband and daughter and spending quality time with her family.

Stacey Bennett commenced her career in real estate in 2003 at the tender age of 17 doing reception & also Assistant Property Manager. In 2013 Stacey decided to join Prowest and make the transition to full time Property Manager. In late 2014 Stacey left the team to move to Denmark, where she worked as a Property Manager at an Albany real estate agency. Upon moving back to Perth in late 2015; Stacey returned to the Prowest Team. Her previous owners and tenants were very pleased to have her manage their properties again. In 2017 Stacey began her next journey to motherhood and took her maternity leave to look after her newest family member. We are very pleased to have Stacey join us at the beginning of 2019 back in Property Management working Part Time over 3 days. Stacey holds extensive knowledge of the Property Management industry having now worked for over 15 years in Real Estate! In her free time, Stacey enjoys taking family trips to the beach with her dog Bruno and also enjoys 4 wheel driving around the Perth Hills areas.
