We had a fantastic experience securing our rental with Nicole Grant. Her communication style was excellent—she kept us updated at every step and was incredibly responsive. Her deep market knowledge was obvious, helping us navigate the local rental landscape easily. Nicole also demonstrated strong negotiation skills to ensure the terms worked perfectly for everyone, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free rental process!

Outstanding service from start to finish. The team has been professional, responsive, reliable, and genuinely committed to looking after my rental property. Their attention to detail and communication have made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent property management and exceptional service.

The team at Buxtons Ballarat provided exceptional customer service and a human experience to a process we all prefer not to go through. Due to government tax changes, many investors are selling and I find myself not in a position to buy. With limited rentals available and hundreds of families all searching for somewhere to live we had been looking for over 6 months. As soon as I spoke to the team at Buxtons rentals, I felt they were in my corner. We secured a great property and they supported me every step of the way. Thank you team.
