Lovely staff who have been very quick and efficient in helping sort out a few small issues in my recent move.

I moved into my first place and Sarah (the agent) has been very helpful with the few things i've needed a hand with. She was quick with replies and getting back to me and made moving very easy and clear. She is good at her job and it shows. After dealing with a few, the good ones are quite obvious and Sarah is one of them :)

Erin has impressed me with her professionalism, competence and resilience. Not only her positive attitude, the generosity of time and understanding over the process of renting out the property was extraordinary! She didn't push us to lower the rent, but gave an evidence-based range and patiently arranged inspections until new renters were confirmed.
