Great communication and great service!

Lauren and Emma have been good with helping us - friendly team.

We live in SA and we were pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of the Property Managers. Their willingness to help us and talk through the things we didn't know about. And we now have tenants in our property

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

Very happy with the service and ease of Coulson always keeping me in the loop, with new tenants, photos of inspections etc. Would recommend to friends and family

The whole process and continued service has been quick, polite and helpful. Enjoyable experience dealing with Coulson and Co

Thanks for the great work an getting the maintenance dealt with. Well done

First time I have used the team for a rental. 2 days on the market and these guys had a tenant ready to move in the house. Very happy with the way they conduct their business.

From the first contact to leasing our property, the team at Harcourts prestige demonstrated excellent market knowledge, timely response to our questions, professionalism all through and got our property leased in no time. Overall, excellent service and highly recommended. We will use their services again!
