Excellent service to re-tenant my investment property

Karen contacted me in regard to needing to search for new tenants and starting the application process. I have had the same tenants since the house was built in 2019 and they were great tenants, so I an naturally scared to get new tenants, not knowing who and what you are going to get. Karen provided an excellent service and we have found new tenants for my investment property. Fingers crossed, they are decent people who will take good care of it.

Bella Pyke has significant experience managing new properties, with all the complexities around building warranty and related paperwork taken off my shoulders. As a busy person it is a huge responsibility I would rather not deal with. Communication is professional and prompt. Bella took a little extra time finding the perfect tenant for my property instead of simply giving it to the first person who looked good on paper.
