The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

We had troubles with the law changes for our two disabled boys but Rachelle was so understanding of our situation and lent advice as needed .

I am delighted with the process in being successful in getting this rental. My agent bent over backwards to ensure everything went smoothly. I was kept well informed of everything, agent went the extra mile staying on late to allow me to pick up the keys. All this took a lot of pressure/ stress off me. Thank you so much !!
