Overview of Campania, TAS, 7026

Josie, Chloe and the test of the Fall team have made renting our property easy. They are responsive and clear in their communications and helpful with arranging whatever is required. I would gladly employ their services again.

quick response and friendly effeicent staff

Always rang straight back with answers to questions and did everything possible to accommodate for the whole application process

Arkley & Co have been exceptional in managing my property. Taylor and the team made the entire leasing process smooth and stress free - from preparing the home for listing to securing reliable tenants quickly. Their communication is prompt, clear and professional, and they consistently go above the beyond to ensure everything runs efficiently. I have appreciated their attention to details, transperancy and willingness to handle issues before they become problems. I would highly recomment Arkley & Co to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and results driven management team.

Great communication from the get go, very happy with how smooth everything went, Taylor is fabulous, answers any queries promptly. Lovely welcome gift with the Key pick up and the tenant app makes everything easy to see. Issue with a leaking shower fixed asap, I just needed to send pics and a video of the leak via email. Very professional, and would highly recommend Arkley & Co

Taylor resonds my request and questions promptly, assisted my request without delay. I am glad to have Taylor as my property manager.
