The tenancy approval process was smooth and the assistance with connecting services was excellent. However, after moving in, communication and follow-up were disappointing. My email regarding access to a garage fob went unanswered, and I had to follow up myself. Additionally, the security video/intercom system was incomplete, with the video unit missing despite the door buzzer being installed. While the initial leasing experience was positive, responsiveness to unit and access issues needs improvement.

Great communication and super responsive, only issue we’ve ever had was that the conditions report seemed a little slap dash. Great about maintenance and checking in!
