I’ve had an excellent experience with Managed Property. The team is incredibly thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive, which gives me great confidence that my property is in capable hands. They stay on top of everything and communicate clearly throughout the process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, they are proactive in identifying potential problems and addressing them early, helping to keep the property well maintained and ensuring things run smoothly for both the tenant and me as the owner. Janelle, in particular, is a wealth of industry knowledge - always willing to answer questions to support informed decision making. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Managed Property to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, diligent, and responsive property manager.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Managed Property and highly recommend their services. They managed our property with professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail, particularly during a challenging period involving a complex and problematic tenant. Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.

This is our second property which Janelle and the team have managed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so proactive, strong communication skills and make the whole experience seamless. We can thank them enough - highly recommend!

We engaged RISE to manage our investment property and have been impressed with their professionalism, communications and speed of securing a quality tenant. Rofa and Shane are always on hand to give advice and are solutions focused. Can't recommend them more highly!

Rofa provides excellent communication and always keeps you updated.

My partner and I have had a fantastic experience working with Rise Property Agents. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me secure the property that suits our needs. The commencement of our leasing process has been smooth, transparent, and stress-free, with clear communication at every stage. I especially appreciate how approachable and knowledgeable the staff are, always happy to answer questions and provide updates throughout the application process. I'm grateful for their support in approving my new lease and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a personalised and professional property management experience. Thank you to Rofa and the team for making what can often be a challenging process so smooth and positive, and I look forward to working with Rise Property Agents over the course of our hopefully long-term tenancy.
