I have been with Fletchers Canterbury for almost 15 years. The property manager is so professional and customer focused ( Dana Qi) she helped me when a trades was trying to over charge me few thousands dollars for small garage repair and also help me a lot when dealing with difficult renter who couldn’t perform renter’s duty. In today’s world it’s hard to find trustable property manager, and it’s not always a matter of management fee. It’s all about professionalism and customer oriented mindset. Well done Fletchers Canterbury team! Best for you.

Appreciate all Vincent Wu and Victor Hua’s effort on my property, they have been helpful, I also would like to thanks the team who is managing the bills, they are very efficient as well. Thanks Fletchers Propety management team.

Julia kept in close contact with me during the entire process and quickly and efficiently executed the lease. She has helped me previously with the same kindness and efficiency. I would highly recommend her experience and kindness to anyone.

I had an excellent experience working with my leasing manager throughout my tenancy. They were always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, ensuring that any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. Their market knowledge and understanding of the rental process made everything smooth and stress-free. They consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail and provided clear guidance whenever needed. What impressed me most was their professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. They were approachable, reliable, and proactive in managing communications and resolving issues. Their friendly and respectful manner made the entire experience very positive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable leasing professional. Their excellent communication, professionalism, and genuine care for tenants truly set them apart.

I had a great experience with the real estate team specially Emma, Eleana, Ildiko and Suzanne. They were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout the rental process. Communication was clear and they responded to our questions quickly. Thank you for making the process smooth and easy!

They were happy to accommodate my request for measurements of certain areas prior to my move. I phoned a few times with questions and always got a swift response. On the day of the move the communication was excellent, they made sure I knew what to do and what the next steps were. I felt like I was in good hands, overall a very pleasant experience.
