Agencies in Centennial Park, NSW, 2021

I had a negative experience with a previous property manager. Communication with the former agent was frustrating, property management was neglected, and the rental yields were well below market value. Switching to this team changed everything. Their market knowledge and local insight were clear from day one, leading to a prompt rent adjustment that accurately reflects current market conditions. Communication is clear, proactive, and timely, and their professionalism during tenant negotiations and routine management has given me complete confidence in them.

Rhia ticks all the boxes for an extremely competent agent.

Rhina Hobbs Rhina did a fantastic job leasing my apartment. She demonstrated excellent market knowledge while maintaining a professional, personable, and approachable attitude. She was very easy to work with, and her communication was always fast, clear, and reliable. I highly recommend Rhina to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent to manage or lease their property.

Very pleased with the service from Danielle and her team. They found me a blue chip tenant and have taken care of everything.

Danielle was efficient, obliging, and kept me constantly updated. I would recommend her without reservation.

Leasing my apartment with Danielle was a breezy. Efficient, hard working and responsible.

I cannot recommend my property manager highly enough. From day one, they have been professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in looking after my property as if it were their own. Communication has been exceptional—clear, timely, and proactive. Whether it was providing regular updates, responding quickly to queries, or explaining options and outcomes in a straightforward way, I always felt informed and confident that everything was under control. Maintenance issues were handled efficiently and with great care. My property manager coordinated quality trades, ensured work was completed promptly, and followed up to confirm everything met a high standard. Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting the value of my property truly sets them apart. What impressed me most was their professionalism and integrity. They consistently acted in my best interest, showed strong market knowledge, and made the entire process stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone so dependable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any landlord looking for a property manager they can completely trust.

Nicole and the team at Adrian William are fantastic to work with. Communication, recommendations and professionalism are of the highest standard and Nicole has been consistently proactive in her management of my property.

2nd time working with Norman. He has always been very responsive and communicative. He is also realistic and transparent, unlike those that constantly pumping up their own tyres.
