“I’ve been in the real estate business since I left school in 1988, and still to this day, I jump out of bed early each morning and look forward to going to work. For me, it’s about building relationships and helping families create new stories.” As a truly local and licensed real estate agent, John has thoroughly earned his reputation as being one of the most sincere and reliable property professionals in the area, and with over 30 years of experience in sales, management and marketing of residential and commercial property - that’s something to be proud of! In 2003, John decided to break away from the large franchised offices to start his own boutique agency, Home Estate Agents. With Home, he wanted to create more of a warm, personal, and hands-on experience for people, which was something he felt the real estate industry was lacking. John sees professional success as genuinely helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s renting a studio apartment in Coogee or selling a multimillion-dollar property in Bronte- he treats everyone’s journey as important. John leads by example, setting high benchmarks for himself and the Home team to deliver the best results for their clientele. With a succession of record sales and an abundance of life-long clients, John continues to live his mantra: choose a successful agent, not a generic brand.

I like the way these gays from home estate do business, helpful, professional friendly

Emine from home estate was wonderful she helped me prepare my home for rent for the first time, she made the hole process easy, she took control and with no time she had the house listed with a good advertising campaign, home estate was professional and very helpful , kept me informed, with Emine her hard work and dedication payed off the house was rented in the first week, that’s progress, Thank you home estate and specially Emine for her professionalism.

Very happy to find home estate , professional friendly and helpful team, great communicators.

What can I say more than happy with the outcome, they managed the property quickly and efficiently, it was rented at the first opening, with a lot higher price than was advertised. Excellent work to Emine and the team , great result , thank you HOME estate
