Nessie and her team have been fantastic getting our property up to scratch and ranted quickly. We had a few maintenance requirements and a few other concerns which Nessie was able to advise on and find contractors for quickly. We were kept informed of quotes and timelines for jobs to be completed and despite a slow initial interest we managed to rent for a price we expected fairly quickly. We are very happy with how the whole process ran, and the regular communication, especially as we live overseas and in a different time zone.

Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant
