Rarely have I had such an exceptional experience as a landlord and as a tenant! Sarah Tanti is knowledgeable, kind and extremely responsive. She made the end to end process for us so smooth and seamless! Communication and efficiency are the two key skills that are extremely important in this industry and she has mastered them both! Thank you for the support you provided us Belle Property Hunters Hill!

We have a few properties across Australia and have found Belle to be prompt in responses regarding our properties and also have a team of people who support one another to ensure that the properties are well taken care of and always rented out.

Sarah and the team communicated clearly through the process of finding a suitable new tenant for our investment. After the first two open inspections we took on her feedback and was satisfied when we found an tenant who’s likely to cherish our property within a week. Thank you for your professional attitude and service!

Obsidian Property helped me to lease out my investment property with breeze. During the process they've shown great attention to details and very patient with me as a first time investor for various questions. I would highly recommend Obsidian Property to anyone who needs a AAA property manager.

Obsidian Property helped me to lease and manage my investment property in Wentworth Point, the property was leaded in literally one day and they helped me to choose the best tenant! the whole process was trouble free and I can't be happier! I would recommend Obsidian Property to any other landlords without hesistation!

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
