Having experienced their service as both a renting tenant and now a landlord they have been amazing to deal with. Good natured with a team attitude, and highly responsive and empathetic to needs of tenants and property owners. They are ruthless in keeping property owners up-to-date and informed to feel secure about important decisions regarding the maintenance of buildings and the requirements of much loved tenants. The recent tenant in Leichhardt recently made a comment to me about how wonderful the HMH team are in contrast to agents she had dealt with in the past.. my positive experience with HMH followed my years of working with less professional real estate agents and disastrous Strata management companies.
